2nd Shift (Mon - Fri 3:00pm-11:30pm)

2nd shift is eligible for a $3.00 per hour shift differential. Training will be on the 1st shift for approximately one month.

The Quality Inspector - Medical will be responsible for inspecting our tight tolerance medical and dental tools to specifications.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Inspect very small parts under a microscope.
  • Work multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a neat and orderly workplace.
  • Take initiative and demonstrate internal drive for results.
  • Prioritize and determine the appropriate order of tasks according to task priority report.
  • Document non conformances.
  • Follow all company safety policies and practices.
Required qualifications:
  • 1 year of inspection experience.
  • Good manual dexterity.
  • Ability to comprehend and successfully follow documented procedures.
  • Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Strong teamwork skills-communication and collaboration.
  • Capability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Desire to bring a positive attitude to your team and work every day.
  • Basic computer skills.
Physical requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a consistent basis.
  • Sit for 4+ hours a day.
  • Willingness to work around chemicals and use appropriate PPE.
