JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Category:Human ResourcesSchedule:Full timeJob Description: PURPOSE AND SCOPE This position is responsible for maximizing the alignment of technology with Rite-Hite\'s Human Resources goals and objectives. This will include ensuring data integrity, security, process efficiency and proper accessibility through effective administration and education of the HRIS system. This position will serve as the technical point of contact as it relates to HR systems for U.S. and Canada. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsibilities include ensuring data integrity, security, accessibility of actionable data, testing of system changes and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. This position will be responsible for system maintenance including collaboration with appropriate functional expert(s) to review, test and implement desired system features. Researches and resolves HRIS problems and unexpected results. Recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. Generates reports/queries as needed. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Ensures new users have required training and system access. Maintain data integrity through thorough testing and audit processes. Troubleshoot systems as required to identify root cause and implement solutions. Ensure compliance with laws as they relate to any and all HR data including but not limited to HIPAA and GDPR. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE This position requires a Bachelor\'s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science and/or Human Resources or any related degree with some specialization in computer related experience. Successful candidate must have experience collaborating with a variety of HR functional experts which may include payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, compensation, talent management, onboarding and HR Business Partners as well as IT. As a member of the HR team, must have excellent communication and customer service skills required to promote positive employee, intra and interdepartmental relations. This position requires a minimum of two years of experience working with global HR applications preferably including system implementation. Experience with Workday required Proficient in utilizing business software applications including MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint.) Advanced Excel skills are required.
