As Executive Meetings Manager, you'll book short-term group and catering business and assist with conference services activities.

Additionally, you'll:

  • Input group rooming lists and transient reservations upon request.
  • Create and maintain group rates and links.
  • Develop sales opportunities by seeking out business opportunities for the hotel and catering. Service meetings, conventions, and rooms for groups booked by the sales team.
  • Create BEO's, diagrams, and menus for clients.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Minimum three years of experience in a similar sales capacity combined with knowledge of us Microsoft Windows programs.
  • Knowledge of Delphi/Delphi Diagrams, Meetings Matrix, and Opera.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
