Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Excellence: Apply advanced surgical skills and specialized knowledge to treat patients with breast disease.
  • Patient-Centered Care: Provide compassionate care, ensuring patients and their families feel informed, supported, and comfortable throughout their treatment journey.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists, and radiologists to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in breast surgical oncology, introducing new approaches and technologies as appropriate.
  • Education: Educate and support patients, families, and the community on breast cancer prevention, screening, and treatment options.

Compensation:
  • Salary: $400k-$420k annually, plus a $20,000 bonus. This salary range is for base compensation and excludes incentive compensation and benefits.

Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
  • Board Certification in Surgery and Surgical Oncology.
  • Completion of fellowship training in Breast Surgical Oncology.
  • California medical license or ability to obtain prior to start date.
  • Team-oriented with a minimum of one year of proven experience in breast surgical oncology.
