GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Corporate Travel Sales Manager for The Americas is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and other key stakeholders to promote our company's travel services and solutions. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor offerings, develop customized proposals, and ensure seamless execution of travel programs for our clients.

You will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue within the corporate travel sector across The Americas, by acquiring new corporate accounts. The role is responsible for business development, growing the business, developing sales targets and designing sales plans. This position requires a strong understanding of the corporate travel industry, technology products, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales.

This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The role provides the candidate the ground floor opportunity to build a sales team reporting into them.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

       Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with corporate clients, TMCs, and industry partners.

       Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the corporate travel sector across The Americas.

       Lead the sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to RFP submission, contract negotiation and closing, ensuring timely follow-up and communication throughout the process.

       Conduct presentations, ATG product demonstrations, and client meetings to showcase our company's value proposition and capabilities.

       Lead the preparation, submission, and follow-up of high-quality RFP responses, ensuring alignment with client objectives, compliance with proposal requirements, and adherence to deadlines.

       Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

       Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to Senior Management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

       Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and foster business relationships.

       Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales and business development activities.

       Package technology solutions and fulfilment for our clients, protecting and improving ATG profitability and client satisfaction

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

       Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field

       Technology Sales, Travel Management a must

       A minimum of 5 years' Corporate Travel Industry Experience

       Strong understanding of the Corporate Travel Industry

       Proven sales ability

       Prefer Columbus, Ohio location

REQUIRED SKILLS

     Proficiency in leveraging ClaritySoft's features for lead management, pipeline tracking, and customer relationship management.

       Networking and client interaction skills (emotional intelligence, people skills)

       Ability to lead and execute on complex deals, understanding all component parts
