Touchstone Health Services is a Trauma Informed Care agency seeking qualified candidates for our Multisystemic Problem Sexual Behavioral Therapy Program in Tucson and Phoenix, Arizona. Therapists will blend the best clinical treatments, including but not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and structural and strategic family therapy modalities to help reach positive clinical outcomes and help empower families. Multisystemic Problem Sexual Behavior-Therapists (MST-PSB therapists) are offered on the job training to support them in providing services in adherence to the fidelity of the model. This job allows for flexible scheduling and low caseloads (4-6 cases), and therapists will receive weekly supervision, expert consultation, and quarterly boosters.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Bachelor's degree with 2 years clinical experience, master's degree in a behavioral health-related field preferred, associate license or independent license

Must possess a valid AZ Driver's License and have reliable transportation.

Must possess an AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card

Intermediate computer skills. Working knowledge of MS Office products or similar software, Internet, and email

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to be empathic and warm.
