Leadman - Electrical Commercial ** You can live / be based in any city in the Southeast United States.
You will travel to the assigned job site. This role is an hourly position with potential for overtime, discretionary bonus and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating with project manager to ensure execution of electrical scope across a project, including assisting of planning and layout of installations and direction/oversight of electrical personnel.
- Prepares scheduling and productivity planning for assigned scopes of work
- Liaison between project manager and on-site client representatives, partners or customers.
- Communicates needs to KEI Project Manager to ensure all required materials, tools, safety apparatus, and information packages are in place ahead of scheduled installations.
- Conducts jobsite safety meetings and ensures compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies/guidelines.
- Compiles and submits project reporting documents, including daily logs, safety initiatives, timesheets and testing logs.
- Ensures compliance with all company guidelines, policies, and quality standards
- Completion of projects on schedule and within the prescribed manhours.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least five (5) years' experience in the electrical industry, commercial retail preferred.
- Must have experience and current ability to lead small-medium size projects.
- Strong working knowledge of applicable building codes
- Possess strong communication, customer-facing and interpersonal skills
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Travel:
- This role will travel on average 100% of the time including weekends at times.
- Pay will range from $30.00 - $36.00 per hour.
- Depending on experience and state electrical license
- This includes overtime pay, discretionary bonus, paid hotel, per diem.
- Two weeks’ vacation earned on an accrual basis.
- At times, when extensive travel is required a company vehicle and fuel card may be provided.
