Providence is offering up to $10,000 Hiring Bonus for full-time shifts for eligible internal and external candidates who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Upon hire: New Mexico Registered Nurse License.
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program that is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
