MLR is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's Medical Surgery team. In this dynamic environment, you will be essential in providing life-saving care to patients experiencing critical medical emergencies.
Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse:
- Deliver outstanding care by assessing, planning, and implementing customized treatments for ER patients.
- Perform efficient and precise triage, prioritizing cases based on their medical urgency.
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, and the healthcare team to ensure smooth coordination of patient care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions, modifying care plans according to patient responses.
- Keep detailed documentation to ensure continuity of care and effective communication among the team.
- Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care instructions.
- A valid RN license in ID is required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications are essential.
- Prior experience in an Med Surg setting is preferred.
