We are seeking multiple professional full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists for our surgery center in Alexandria, VA. This position helps provide exemplar patient care and is pivotal to the Endoscopy Center running smoothly and efficiently as possible. The CRNA will care for patients before, during, and after a medical procedure by performing a patient assessment, preparing the patient for anesthesia, administering and maintaining the anesthesia to ensure proper sedation, and overseeing patient recovery from anesthesia.

Job Description:

  • Must be able to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively analyze, interpret, and solve practical problems
  • Intermediate-level computer skills involving word processing, spreadsheet, and database skills. Knowledge of EMR Software is a plus
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • No call / No nights/ No weekends
  • Excellent support staff employed by Gastro Health

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree and master's degree in Anesthesia or Nursing
  • 1-year related experience (Entry Level)
  • Current licensure, certification, and ACLS required
