Full-time Core Faculty Opportunity - Family Medicine Residency Program
Keene, New Hampshire

The Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth Health Family Medicine Resident Program is seeking a Core Faculty member to join our growing team. We are a new community-based 6-6-6 Family Medicine residency based in a rural regional referral center affiliated with the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. Our first class of 6 residents started in July 2024 and we are looking to expand our faculty team as we recruit our second class. Opportunities for leadership, professional growth and development, and a strong connection to community. The successful candidate will provide direct clinical care, supervise residents in multiple clinical settings, and participate in curriculum development and continuous program improvement. Osteopathic candidates are encouraged to apply with the opportunity to help build our osteopathic curriculum. The success of the residency will be grounded in Cheshire's GME Vision: a caring educational community that trains graduate physicians who will serve all patients with high-quality, patient-centered medical care and collaborate across disciplines to meet the broader health needs of the community.

The practice will strive to meet community needs, including caring for marginalized individuals. The program will have a special emphasis on care of the rural LGBTQ+ community. Faculty are eligible for academic appointment at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth.
