As a QA Inspector Technician, you will be working with design and test engineers, hardware manufacturing staff including fabrication technicians both internal and external as a part of Busek’s manufacturing team. You will inspect parts and components both in process and incoming to meet Busek documentation and customer contracted requirements. This role allows for direct contribution towards near-term space flight programs including cutting edge space missions for NASA, commercial space, and defense.

Day to day activities:

  • Conduct inspections in process and incoming per documentation
  • Interpret blueprints
  • Operate inspection tools/gages
  • Maintain inspection records
  • Adhere to GD&T processes
  • Coordinate inspection efforts with coworkers

Desired Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in a technical QA parts role
    • Previous work experience in quality control or other related field
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
    • AS9100 or ISO-9000 knowledge a plus
    • Prior experience working with small components
