Job Description
General Dentist with Pediatric Experience - Alexandria, MN

At Caring Hands Dental Clinic, they are dedicated to providing high quality oral care and education to all our patients. They are currently seeking a General Dentist for our Alexandria practice who embodies our patient-first values, compassion, and personable nature. As a Dentist at our mission-oriented, non-profit practice, you will join a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to exceptional teamwork and service. Here, you can focus solely on patient care without the burden of administrative tasks or ownership complexities. If you are a Dentist who shares our passion for compassionate care, we would love to have you join our team.

Desired specialty clinical experience:
• Interest and/or proficiency in other areas of practice aside from General Dentistry including but not limited to clear aligner therapy, extractions, molar endodontics, implant placement and more
• 1-year clinical experience preferred - open to new graduates

Areas of practice:
• General Dentistry: aesthetic crown, bridge, implant and composite restorations
• Prosthodontics: removable
• Orthodontics: Invisalign
• Endodontics: anterior, premolar, molar
• Oral surgery: extractions, bone grafting
• Cosmetic Dentistry: veneers, in office whitening

Schedule: • Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm *Flexible schedule design can be discussed in a further interview

Compensation: • Up to $50,000 welcome bonus • Competitive salary and commission package offered

Benefits: • Monthly production bonus, relocation assistance, 401K with 4% match, PTO, paid holidays, medical insurance, dental coverage (employee and family), CPR, CE, uniform, professional membership dues, MN license dues, student loan reimbursement, and more
