Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search a Technical Support Analyst. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

This position is 100% Onsite in Bloomfield, CT.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:45am - 4:15pm EST

Responsibilities:
  • As the Program Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact, liaising with different enterprise business units to develop schedules and coordinate program activities efficiently.
  • This role demands exceptional customer service skills, advanced organizational abilities, and effective communication skills.
  • Develop methodology documents based on self-initiated interviews, diagrams, surveys, and work flow analysis
  • Create data-driven strategies resulting in measurable outcomes
  • Ensure detailed plans for execution and implementation of new processes, including budgetary guidelines and key personnel
  • Work with communications teams to ensure colleague awareness of new IT Services
  • Document improvement opportunities and changes to business systems
  • Attend project meetings, document outcomes and communicate to team
  • Prepare detailed reports for management
  • Coordinate program planning, scheduling, and attendance details with internal stakeholders
  • Deliver program-level updates to organizational leaders

Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma/GED REQUIRED, but Associate degree in Computer Science or a related discipline PREFERRED and/or at least 1-2 years' work experience in a Technology field.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and cursory project management skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, and Word
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to deliver strategic decisions
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, when interacting with colleagues and IT personnel
