We are seeking Transit Bus Operators to join our team No previous CDL experience is required to apply. As a Transit Bus Operator, you will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation services to our passengers. You will receive comprehensive training to operate our buses and ensure the safety of passengers and equipment. This role involves conducting pre-trip/post-trip vehicle inspections, communicating with dispatch, customers, and supervisors, collecting fares, and adhering to operating guidelines and procedures. Ideal candidates will have a strong customer service background and be at least 21 years of age.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Completion of transit bus operator training program/certification
• One year of customer service experience
• Safe driving record with valid driver license
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No DUI convictions within the past 10 years

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr during training, increased to $21.44/hr after training, with potential to earn up to $25.69/hr within five years
