We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:
  • Work together to meet the needs of patients and families, to promote healing, and to improve quality of life.
  • Collaborate as a key resource for patients, staff, and providers for wound, ostomy, continence, and skin care.
  • Establish goals and strategies for meeting care coordination needs across settings with the patient, family, and/or other care providers.
  • Join a team of specialists treating many types of chronic and hard-to-heal wounds. Conditions may include complex wounds, non-healing surgical wounds, pressure injuries and ulcers, traumatic wounds, wounds associated with leg swelling or related to slow blood flow to lower extremities.
  • Utilize advanced wound treatments such as advanced tissue products, compression wraps, laser scar treatment, specialized dressings, surgical debridement, vacuum-assisted wound closure.
  • Work on a great team that serves patients across multiple services throughout the hospital and/or ambulatory setting.

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
Work Experience
  • 6 months of relevant clinical nursing experience Required
  • Specific to EP Lab- Previous moderate sedation experience Required
  • Additional years of relevant clinical nursing experience Preferred
  • Prior involvement in clinical procedures in area of specialty, including successful work or involvement in other hospital-wide project work Preferred
  • Experience in an academic medical setting Preferred
  • Specific to Gastro/Endo & Generations - Previous moderate sedation experience Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations Upon Hire Required
  • Basic Life Support/CPR Upon Hire Required
  • Certification in area of specialty Preferred
