Aerotek is screening for Assembly Technicians for Medical Device Company in Redwood City

Be part of a team that is creating a highly innovative product and revolutionizing the usage of wearable cardioverter defibrillators

Assembly Technician

Location: Redwood City

Day Shift: 6AM-2:30PM

Pay rate: based off of relevant YOE

Level III: $26/hr - $32/hr ( minimum of 4 – 8 years of exp .)

Job Description:

• Carefully solder wires that connect device to patch

• Carefully performing adhesive application using thin glue dispenser

• Perform manual alignment of adhesive and plastic components, making sure the geometric shape is aligned perfectly – gluing together circular plastic shapes with adhesive in between

• Perform pouch sealing – heating and sealing

• Accurately complete all necessary manufacturing documentation (i.e., LHR’s, FRM’s) in tandem with completing each assembly process.

• Attention to detail and carefully executing dexterous tasks utilizing hand tools

• Adhere to all manufacturing procedures, SOP’s, WI’s and GMP

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
