Your role at BHSN:

As an IT Support Technician, you will support a growing organization dedicated to changing community health behavior.

What your day might look like:
  • Provides technical support to end users of business and clinical applications
  • Assists with designing and implementing database reports and other management tools to assist in the efficient and effective operation of programs, including but not limited to, outcome standards, performance standards, and productivity
  • Assists with support of the organization’s PCs, printers, servers, VOIP, and related equipment
  • Creates new user accounts via Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft365
  • Performs remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/ GED with vocational/ technical school diploma in Information Technology or related fields (i.e. Computer Science)
  • Associate of Applied Science degree or higher in Information Technology or related fields (i.e. Computer Science) preferred
  • Degree or CompTIA, Cisco, or MS certifications, or combination of training and experience preferred
