Contact us today – we’re waiting to hear from you Job Responsibilities As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient service to hotel guests. Your specific duties in this role will include: • Provide safe transportation to all guests using the hotel's shuttle vehicles. • Read log book daily, keep up to date on in-house groups and functions. • Coordinate luggage storage, issue proper luggage tags, store bags properly. • Make guestroom deliveries of packages, valet laundry, luggage and other items accurately. • Ensure guest deliveries and luggage are brought to the correct rooms. • Assist with snow removal including brushing off cars, shoveling and salting walkways as necessary. • Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of shuttle vehicles. • Provide guests with directions and information regarding the city and immediate area. • Provide current information pertaining to hours and available services of the hotel and surrounding areas. • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby, front entrance and surrounding areas. • Assist in other departments as required. Job Requirements We are looking for a self-motivated Van Driver with a strong work ethic and a drive to exceed expectations. It is also important that you have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to establish rapport with guests and colleagues.
