Caregiver/ PCA

Eminence Home Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers/PCA to join our growing team. In this role, you'll provide essential personal care and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their dignity and independence. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. As a Caregiver/PCA, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with clients and contribute to their overall well-being. • Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Support clients in daily activities such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Monitor clients' health and safety, reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Encourage clients to engage in social and recreational activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare position is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, compassion, and a strong desire to help others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
