Minimum Licensure/Certification Required (if applicable): Graduate of AMA approved Ultrasonography Program Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: One year experience in performing echocardiography in a hospital setting preferred Certified in Basic Life Support Reads, writes, speaks, and comprehends English language Reporting Relationship: The Echocardiography Technologist reports to the Lead Echo Technologist, who is under the direction of the Director of Respiratory Care Services.
