As a Physical Therapist at Wellness Alliances, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals recover from injuries, manage pain, and improve their overall physical well-being. You will work closely with patients, assessing their conditions and developing personalized treatment plans to address their specific needs.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' medical histories and conduct physical examinations
- Develop treatment plans based on patients' conditions and goals
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on ways to prevent injuries and maintain a healthy lifestyle
- Complete necessary documentation and maintain accurate patient records
Requirements:
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and musculoskeletal conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
