Hours Status: FULL-TIME, HOURLY

Brief Job Description: This position will assist the program manager in the implementation and maintenance of high quality therapeutic programming. Will maintain all foster parent notebooks and files including certifications and need for additional training and/or documentation. Will complete PR's two times a month in order to process payment to foster parents. Complete in-office paperwork, filing, scanning, copying, billing, etc.. Will assist the program manager in recruitment of new foster parents including being responsible for advertising. Will help coordinate training for current foster parents including mailing out notices.

Requirements:

Requires a high-school diploma or equivalent. Administrative experience required. Strong work ethic and organizational skills a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
