Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Management:
    • Design talent management programs to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees.
    • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, development planning, and performance reviews.
    • Influence system enhancements to drive performance transparency, accountability, and outcome measures.
    • Lead succession planning initiatives to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Culture and Employee Engagement:
