Internal Medicine Opportunity - Iron Mountain, MI

Marshfield Medical Center - Dickinson is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join our well-established primary care practice located in Iron Mountain, Michigan.
    • 100% outpatient practice with no call and no weekends
    • Join a collegial group of providers and staff which includes your own MA or LPN, a Care Coordinator and a Diabetic Educator
    • Opportunity to do procedures if interested
    • Work in collaboration with multiple specialists onsite and locally
    • Being a part of Marshfield Clinic Health System, you have access to much subspecialty support
    • Great rural community that is welcoming and safe with affordable housing and excellent schools
    • Local airport that makes daily flights to Detroit and Minneapolis
  • This position is supportive of H1b and J1 visa candidates.
Compensation and Benefits
    • Competitive 2 year salary guarantee and potential recruitment bonus
    • 4 weeks of vacation and 2 weeks CME to start
