About the Position: We offer competitive salaries ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, with total earning potential exceeding $130,000 through our performance-based incentive plan. Your Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering evidence-based medical care through the assessment, planning, and evaluation of patient needs.
- Examining and addressing chronic conditions as well as urgent and minor health issues.
- Ordering and accurately interpreting laboratory and diagnostic tests.
- Collaborating with caregivers and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Coordinating referrals to other healthcare specialists when necessary.
- Maintaining up-to-date patient medical records.
Qualifications:
- Active NP license in the state.
- Current National Board Certification for Nurse Practitioners.
- DEA licensure active in the state.
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
- Minimum of five years in nursing, with at least two years as a nurse practitioner preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong time management abilities to effectively manage daily workflows.
- Proficient with medical instruments and various healthcare technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
- Ability to engage in moderate physical activity, including lifting objects up to 25 lbs and standing or walking for extended periods.
