Here's what you can look forward to with Marten Transport:

  • Weekly pay between $1,400 and $1,600 per driver
  • Annual earnings ranging from $72,800 to $83,200 per driver
  • Average of 5,000 miles per week per team
  • Weekly home time
  • Additional compensation opportunities, including stop pay (up to $140 per day), detention pay (up to $160 for a 24-hour period), and inclement weather pay (up to $200 per day)
  • Referral bonuses of up to $2,500, with unlimited potential
  • Layover pay (up to $200 per day)

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a current CDL-A
  • At least 22 years of age
  • A minimum of 6 months of recent, qualified CDL-A driving experience
