Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Support regular customer escalation calls for each engine center customer.
  • Manage customer relationships with main point of contact for team.
  • Create and monitor material gap closure plans for all customer orders and support Industrial team with allocation of critical parts.
  • Act as the focal point for critical parts communications and escalations to the customer.
  • Manage critical parts internal escalation path while maintaining customer communication.
  • Distributes reports to customers on a daily and/or weekly basis and provide commitments to support engine test schedules.
  • Tracks and manages Supplier work in process (WIP), promise dating, expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery and flow.
  • Support activities for all critical parts coming in and out of the MROs and coordinating with the operations support organization to ensure customer delivery requirements are met.
Work Experience

Required Skills (Technical Competency):
  • 3-5 years in a Supply Chain oriented industry/role, Delivery Assurance experience is a plus
  • Solid communication skills, organizational skills and time management
  • Hands-on experience with project management
  • Ability to both prepare presentations and present to them, speaking to each point after gather requirements from subject matter experts
  • Ability to manage and speak to stakeholder and external team feedback
Desired Skills:
  • Proven track record of creating and maintaining relationships
  • Familiarity with Aerospace Industry and Parts, or related engineering field
  • Familiar with ERP / MRP software packages- preferred, not required.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
  • This role is remote.
  • Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
  • Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
  • Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
  • Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM
  • Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
