Event Specialist Needed

We are seeking highly motivated, driven, and goal-oriented individuals to become part of our Retail & Event marketing team Previous sales and retail experience is a bonus, but not necessary. Our Brand Representatives generate leads through running events and shows. This is a job for top-notch communicators who are just as good at listening as they are at talking.

What you will be doing:

  • NO SALES, just setting appointments for the Sales Team.
  • Travel to and from your residence to retail location and events and shows within our Louisville/Lexington territory.
  • Understand our products and services to educate homeowners.
  • Approaching homeowners and speaking with them about their windows, baths, & doors.

What we are looking for:

  • Professional, outgoing, customer service oriented, and a strong work ethic.
  • Willing to work independently, while being a part of a great team.
  • Assertive, self-motivated, and results orientated.
  • Previous experience in sales, retail, or other related fields is a PLUS, but not necessary
  • Positive attitude through rejection

Must be:

  • Comfortable working weekends and evening shifts (40-hour work week)
