About PJ's Coffee

Phyllis Jordan, a pioneer in the coffee industry, founded PJ's Coffee of New Orleans in 1978 and demonstrated that better beans, superior roasting techniques, and pure passion for the art of coffee making mattered. Requirements:

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Have knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least 3 years of operations and/or other management experience.

-Management experience preferred.

-Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system.

-Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (5-8 hours generally)

-Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

-Must have the stamina to work 40-50 hours per week.

PJ's Coffee carries a complete line of espresso-based beverages, flavored coffee, and award-winning Original Cold BrewTM Iced Coffee. Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
