Job Details

CT/ Rad Tech needed ASAPREQUIRED SKILLS: Proof of COVID-19 Vaccine. Attend annual updates for safety, etc. as required by personnel policy. Responsible for completeness and accuracy of personnel file documentation. &bull

Provide current Washington State License annually to the Human Resources Department. &bull

Maintain current CPR card and provide a copy to HR department. &bull

Complete annual continuing educational requirements and has a copy available in the DI education binder. &bull

Maintain working knowledge of all hospital emergency, fire, disaster and hazardous chemicals &bull

Observe safe working habits and reports any outstanding issues. &bull

Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality standards. &bull

Maintain confidentiality of all hospital and patient related matters. &bull

Support hospital policy and procedures &bull

Present a positive attitude to peers, the public and the patients &bull

Adhere to dress and appearance standards consistent with position and hospital dress code. &bull

Use hospital resources efficiently and cost effectively. &bull

Other duties as assigned.Incidentals provided by facility: Sleep area during call time.
