Responsibilities:

Efficiently coordinate all aspects of client visits

Achieve sales goals for spa memberships, gift cards, and service enhancements

Effectively communicate with clients, massage therapists, estheticians, and other sales associates

Have fun

Requirements:

A genuine willingness to learn and openness to constructive coaching

Intuition and resourcefulness

An upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work independently as well as an active team member
