We are hiring for Walking Order Pickers to join our team Positions Available: 1st Shift - (6AM-230PM) - Starting pay $20/HR These positions are NOT temporary. Will be contract-to-hire. Thanks Description: This opportunity is a Walking Order Picker position where the candidate will work Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm.. The candidate will be working in a warehouse environment, where they will be responsible for picking orders via a wrist RF scanner. Candidates will need to have some experience using RF scanners as they will be using one each day for this position. Candidates will be picking orders by hand and will be required to walk to all of the item locations. This position has a lot of walking so expect to walk 3-5 miles over the course of each shift. The items being picked may occasionally weigh up to 70 lbs. so being comfortable with the lifting requirement is critical. They will be picking materials and consumables for medical, healthcare, and biopharmaceutical industries. Must Have: • 1 year of picking or packing experience • Experience with basic warehouse operations and can safely operate equipment • Previous experience with RF scanners, making labels, and shipping/receiving • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment (walking 3-5 miles per shift) About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
