Our facility offers a supportive environment with a compassionate rehab team which is led by an experienced Director of Rehabilitation. The rehab department utilizes Net Health-Therapy and Point Click Care for billing and documentation to assist Occupational therapists with daily efficiency where quality care remains the primary focus of each therapist. The facility offers 6-day a week, in-house comprehensive rehabilitation program where the Occupational Therapist is an integral member of the interdisciplinary team. Our rehab positions are stable and secure at one location. Each rehab department offers a spacious gym.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST JOB SUMMARY
• Occupational Therapist conducts screenings of residents as scheduled to determine the need for OT evaluation and/or OT intervention.
• Occupational Therapist evaluates residents per physician orders to obtain comprehensive data to be utilized in developing the plan of care.
• Provide Occupational Therapy treatment to residents when indicated per the plan of care
• Occupational Therapist provides supervision of OTA/COTA
• Occupational Therapist actively engage and contribute to the success of the rehab department, IDT and facility success.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• A current Florida Occupational Therapy License
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Must be computer/tech savvy
