Job Title: Inspector III - B
Location: Huntsville, AL
Duartion: 5 Months Contract

Shift Schedule: B - 5PM - 3:30AM
Pay Rate: $44.77

Description:
  • Setup, program and operate CMM using design data to inspect make and buy components.
  • Perform first article inspections and document per AS9102.
  • Perform in-process, and final inspections.
  • Document, track, and complete discrepancy reports.
  • Perform daily/weekly/monthly PM on machines and document.
  • Maintain configuration control on files and job records.
  • OT eligible.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in dimensional inspection of aerospace components. Superior blue print reading skills including GD&T principles.
  • Excellent communication skills. Fluent in the use of precision hand tools, gages, optical comparator, and surface plate work. Experience inspecting tight tolerance, high value components.
  • Familiar with the use of personal computers. Self-motivation and ability to prioritize projects to meet completion dates.

  • Operate and/or Program a Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) PCDMIS and Cameo/Modus -Fundamentals of GD&T
