As an Outpatient Clinic located on a larger healthcare campus, our Therapists enjoy the variety of inpatient, outpatient, and in-home care options. We care for people of all ages in various settings, specializing in numerous areas that are nationally recognized for patient outcomes. Our team is made up of some of the most talented, caring, and committed Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists you will ever meet.

SIGN-ON BONUS – For a limited time, we are offering $8,000 as a sign-on bonus/relocation option for Physical Therapists.

As an Outpatient Physical Therapist at Champion Rehab, you'll:
  • Provide direct patient care: continuous assessment of patient needs and functional deficits, patient care/treatment, on-going modifications to existing plan of care as needed, ability to initiate appropriate referrals to other disciplines when needed
  • Work closely with skilled and dedicated interdisciplinary team in order to maximize patient satisfaction and overall success based on diagnosis and comorbidities
  • Apply clinical expertise as necessary including but not limited to family and staff education/training, recommendations and guidance for safe and successful discharge, supervision of Physical Therapy Assistant, communicating with Physicians to ensure fluency of care
  • Complete documentation which follows regulatory guidelines (state, federal)
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Currently licensed to practice in State of MN. New graduates and temporary license holders are encouraged to apply
