We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our growing team serving the Boston, MA community. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will work in a clinical care team, providing comprehensive health assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and therapeutic interventions for patients of all ages. Our innovative model allows for in-home care, including point of care laboratory studies, minor procedures, splinting, wound care, suturing, and IV fluid and medication administration. In addition to providing care, you will also educate patients and families and facilitate timely follow-up and care coordination. We offer a sign-on bonus of 15k for a full-time position.   • Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in relevant areas
  • Graduate with an advanced degree from an accredited institution
