Job Description
  • Investigate and resolve software and hardware problems for end users. Document and submit notifications for all slot moves, conversions and software changes and maintain ACSC slot file. Maintain slot machines in accordance with company policies and manufacturers specifications. Install, maintain and repair surveillance equipment.
  • Maintain an inventory sufficient for all IT, Slots equipment upkeep, repairs and maintenance.
  • Assist in the preparation of an annual budget for all related activities. Set objectives annually for direct reports.
  • Recruit and train all technical Team Members.
  • Develop a portfolio of vendors, acceptable to management and who are PGCB approved and licensed.
In conjunction with the Corporate Director of Slot Operations:
  • Oversee the operation of slot machines.
  • Ensure all preventative maintenance programs are carried out in line with specifications and company policies.
  • Machine repairs, conversions, slot moves are carried out to schedule.
  • As required, provide information regarding slot file, master list, slot settings and par sheets.
  • Provide information on machine performance and profitability.
  • Maintain documentation on repair logs, shift logs, lock and key logs, etc.
  • Oversee the safe operation of the slot repair shop.
In conjunction with the Corporate Director of IT:
  • Respond to requests for help from users experiencing software, hardware, networking and other computer related problems.
  • Log calls using problem management database and maintain history records.
  • Resolve all technical issues. Make evaluations and recommendations for management review.
  • Install PCS, software and peripheral equipment.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills
  1. High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in a management role in the field of slot technical operations.
  3. Must have knowledge of and ability to use various computer programs.
  4. Must be able to stand, walk, lift, bend, kneel, twist and grip tools for a full 8 hour shift.
  5. Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Must be able to work all shifts and weekends/holidays as required.
  7. Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and through written communications.
  8. Must be knowledgeable of all federal, state and local regulations relevant to slot operations.
