Position: Warehouse Kitter
Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Kitter, you will play a pivotal role in efficiently assembling multiple products into unified packages. Your primary responsibilities will include meticulously identifying kit components, selecting appropriate items according to the kitting manual, and expertly assembling the kits.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify components required for each kit accurately.
  2. Select items for kitting based on specifications outlined in the kitting manual.
  3. Adhere strictly to kitting guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  4. Assemble kits with precision and attention to detail, maintaining efficiency and meeting deadlines.
  5. Organize and maintain inventory of kit components to support smooth kitting operations.
  6. Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize workflow and resolve any issues that may arise during the kitting process.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety standards and facilitate efficient operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations or related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions meticulously.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift and move packages as needed.
