• Oversee and manage all activities on bridge construction sites
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure project timelines are met and within budget
• Supervise a team of construction workers and provide guidance and training
  
  Position Essential Requirements:
  
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Proficient in construction techniques and safety regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• 8+ Yeas experience on MDOT & Bridge projects
