  • How you'll make a difference?

    Perform basic mechanical assembly, cleaning, and inventory functions as defined in all relevant work instructions and procedures. Perform assembly functions in a clean room environment. Have people skills to work cross-functionally and learn from other team members. Report issues to management and support team members for continuous improvement.

    What will your duties and responsibilities be?

    • Regular attendance required.
    • Process and assemble trays/piece parts following a Bill of Materials
    • Accurately create label to part following all requirements.
    • Complete all documents, printed work order routers and E-routers per GDP
    • Ability and desire to be cross-trained on all jobs in the Manufacturing and Returns department as to be able to provide back up.
    What skills and experience will you need?
    • Attention to detail
    • 2 years of mechanical assembly
    • 2 years electrical assembly
    • Computer experience in a windows environment
    • Ability to read and follow manufacturing procedures and work instructions
    • Must have reading and writing skills usually associated with the completion of a high school education
    What qualifications are preferred?
    • 2 or more years of return medical device processing experience

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK CONDITIONS:

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
    • Ability to bend over, pick up and carry at least a minimum of one 15Ib. tote.
    • Ability to reach overhead and either put up or take down a 15Ib. tote.
    • Ability to push or pull a rack or cart of totes, weighing a minimum of 50Ibs.
    • Sight corrected to the level required detecting cosmetic and workmanship type defects such as wrong value components and soldering shorts.
