Working for our team, you can truly make a difference. The Quality Auditor preforms daily tasks that ensure products manufactured meet approved specifications, regulatory and quality requirements. Why work at MCC: Compensation: $20.00-$24.00 hourly + $2.00 shift premium Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance and 401(k) Paid Holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, plus two floating Holidays Responsibilities: Plant SME on vision systems: AVT and Eye-C Edit AVT roll maps based on requirements. Perform vision system audits per applicable sampling plans. Active involvement in data integrity, testing methodology standardize practice system and non-conformance material containment process. Facilitate offline setup of vision system based on press schedule. Effective system-based communication with other Quality Department team members, and Operations. Maintenance and calibration of testing equipment. Understands customer specification and requirements and able to determine non-conforming material based on them. Help to maintain all quality record documentation. Follow all plant and department specific safety rules, including use of all required personal protective equipment. Understands ISO or BRC and HAACP or similar principles and assist in facilitating compliance throughout the organization through a variety of activities Complies with established safety policies and procedures. Back-up to quality technicians. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Experience in quality and/or printing is preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Specific visions abilities include color, close vision, distance and ability to focus. Must be able to stoop, bend, lift and stand.
