Job Description

Job Title: Nurse Injector

Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time, and Contractor positions available

Qualifications:
  • Positive mindset and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
  • Flexibility with changing priorities and ability to stay focused during times of uncertainty
  • Current MA State License as a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant
  • Minimum of 1 year of cosmetic injection experience in the aesthetic field with dermal fillers, neurotoxins, and other injectables
  • Knowledge of various medical spa services and skin care
  • Dependable and flexible, with the ability to travel between clinics as necessary
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to understand, problem solve, and handle complications independently
  • EMR proficient
  • Cosmetic Injection experience: 2 years (required)
  • PA, or NP License (required)
Responsibilities:
  • Flexibility to travel to our other offices in Winchester and Boston when needed
  • Establish rapport and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient consultations
  • Review and clear patient history for possible contraindications
  • Administer injectable treatments and educate patients on the treatment process, including pre- and post-treatment care
  • Ensure patient safety when performing treatments and maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation for each patient
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, following appropriate guidelines and protocols
  • Educate patients on additional services and products
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, including taking precise before and after photos and participating in outside networking events as necessary
  • Sustain proficiency through continued education and training
