Reference #: 9302753 The Staff level I Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist and Speech Language Pathologist are responsible for the evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning of all patients referred for their given services. The Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapist is an integral healthcare provider accountable to assist the patient to their highest level of physical, cognitive, linguistic and swallowing function. The Staff Level I Therapist will uphold the mission, vision, and values of Jefferson Health. Works in conjunction with other health care professionals to coordinate treatment plans and care PT: Bachelorrsquo;s, Masterrsquo;s, or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program. 0-2 years of clinical practice required. 1 year preferred PT: Valid state license in Physical Therapy. CPR certification required. Covid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jeffersonrsquo;s clinical entities or at the University. If you are not currently vaccinated you will be required to receive the vaccination prior to hire date if you are offered employment, unless you request and receive an approved medical or religious exemption from Jefferson.
