Compensation: Compensation is based on experience FLSA: Non-Exempt (hourly office) Grade 6 POSITION SUMMARY The Training Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating, and administering training to support high-performance operating teams for manufacturing and corporate logistics. Continually improve training processes and develop systems to be effective, sustainable, compliant, and robust. Support the business goals for safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and productivity. The most important impact this position has on Rockline is the initiatives for training. The Training Coordinator is the front line to ensure the associates are trained to perform their jobs safely, effectively, and in compliance. This position also includes daily management, giving guidance, and developing the Training Coordinator role. ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Training & Support Classroom Facilitation and coordination Creating/updating Training plans and Position Profiles Coordination of CDR\'s/Sign-off, evaluations, completion of compliance training, and internal audits. Phase Progression Management Onboarding Coordinate Training of new Temps and Rockline associates as well as the onboarding of temporary associates Perform evaluations and compliance requirements. NAO Coordination and Facilitation Continuous Improvement / Project Management Development of better training tools and programs to support compliance. More effective ways to evaluate associates. Evaluating technical training. Continue to improve compliance training and onboarding. Continue to improve soft skill training for operations. System and Program Support New Associate Orientation, RRITE Path Workshop, LMS/Biz Library, Process-based leadership (PBL), UKG Pro (HR System) Adobe Pro, Microsoft 365 Projector and Video conference software JDE/ DSI, Docushare, Agile, SPC (Citrix) REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience required JDE, Microsoft Office suite strongly suggested. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Good attendance record. Previous leadership experience a plus Problem-solving skills, approachability, leadership, strong written and verbal communication, organization facilitation skills, team building/coaching/mentoring skills, flexibility to changing schedules, mechanical aptitude a plus including machinery operator experience. Post-secondary education is a plus.
