Job Title: Informatica MDM Lead
Location: Audubon, PA (Onsite)
Job Description Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Informatica MDM Technical Lead with a strong background in Master Data Management (MDM) to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in Informatica MDM, with a deep understanding of MDM concepts, data integration, data quality, and governance.
- As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading MDM projects, designing solutions, and providing technical guidance to the team.
Essential Functions:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of MDM solutions using Informatica MDM.
- Develop and maintain complex data models for MDM hubs.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement MDM data models, workflows, and approval processes.
- Strong SQL scripting knowledge
- Develop and configure Informatica MDM components, Match and Merge rules, Survivorship functionality, and data governance policies.
- Integrate data from various sources into the MDM system like D365 Finance & Supply Chain, Workday, Google BigQuery
- Implement data quality processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of master data.
- Develop and maintain data mappings, transformations, and data validation rules.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, data stewards, and IT teams to ensure project success.
- Provide ongoing support for MDM solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.
- Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role
- Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Informatica MDM.
- Strong understanding of MDM concepts, data integration, data quality, and data governance.
- Proficiency in Informatica MDM tools and components (CDI, CAI, CLAIRE).
- Experience with data modeling, SQL, and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Informatica MDM certification is preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
