v Looking for Senior Analyst - Auto Lending with experience in more than aspect under Originations, Servicing, Payments, Collections, and Quality Assurance.

v Job Description:

v As a Senior Analyst specializing in Auto Lending, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing various aspects of the auto lending lifecycle, including originations, servicing, payments, collections, and quality assurance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and Various stake holders including Business users, product managers, developers, and testers to ensure successful implementation of auto lending solutions.

v Gather and analyze business requirements - Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze requirements related to auto lending products, processes, and systems. Identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations for business process enhancements.

v Also, analyze data, develop insights, and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and risk management within the auto lending domain.

v Responsibilities:

v Must have Core Business Analyst Responsibilities:

v • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

v • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

v • Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

v • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

v • Performing requirements analysis.

v • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.

v • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

v • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

v • Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.

v • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

v • Performing user acceptance testing.

v • Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.

v • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

v • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

v Good to have Domain Experience as below:

1. Originations Analysis and Optimization:

v - Analyze and evaluate the auto loan origination process, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.

v - Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows, reduce turnaround times, and enhance customer onboarding experiences.

v - Develop and implement strategies to minimize credit risk and ensure compliance with lending policies and regulations.

2. Servicing and Payments Management:

v - Monitor and analyze the servicing and payment processes for auto loans, identifying opportunities to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.

v - Work with stakeholders to enhance self-service capabilities, automated payment options, and customer communication channels.

v - Ensure accuracy and timeliness of loan payments, including monitoring and resolving payment exceptions and delinquencies.

3. Collections and Loss Mitigation:

v - Conduct analysis and develop strategies to optimize collections processes, minimize delinquencies, and mitigate credit losses.

v - Collaborate with collections teams to identify early warning signs, implement proactive collection strategies, and explore repayment assistance programs.

v - Monitor collection performance metrics, recommend process enhancements, and support the implementation of collection system enhancements.

4. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

v - Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure adherence to internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices.

v - Perform audits and reviews of auto lending processes, documentation, and system controls.

v - Provide recommendations for process improvements and oversee the implementation of remediation plans.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

v - Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to auto lending operations, identifying trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity.

v - Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights on key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and portfolio performance.

v - Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements, establish data governance protocols, and support data-driven decision-making.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration:

v - Collaborate with internal teams, including business stakeholders, IT, risk management, and compliance, to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.

v - Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, representing the auto lending domain and providing subject matter expertise.

7. Alerts and Notifications:

v - Able to utilize data receiving from Dealers and Alerting the Dealers

v - Validate and generating automated alerts during the Event Lifecycle

Requirements for the Role:

v - Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or an MBA/related field.

v - A minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

v - 5+ years of working experience in the auto lending industry, specifically in the areas of originations, servicing, payments, collections, and quality assurance.

v - Strong knowledge of auto lending products, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.

v - Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

v - Proficiency in data analysis, using tools such as SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis software.

v - Experience in developing and implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies.

v - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

v - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets.

v - Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at various levels.

v - Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

v - Knowledge of relevant software systems and tools used in auto lending operations is preferred.
