We are open to ALL experience levels and new graduates are encouraged to apply We have a great office to support and help a new graduate grow. We utilize all modern technology including Cavitrons, Digital radiographs, intra-oral cameras and you can customize your hygiene kits. Our hygienists have a high amount of autonomy and are always supported by our dentists. We don't squeeze appointments or overbook. New patient appointments are done in 90 minutes(30 with the doctor then 60 with hygiene) to maximize efficiency. We always aim for co-diagnostic approach and value our hygienists input.

This role is ideally for a full time hygienist(4 days, 34-36 hours) but part time is welcome as well. We are flexible and can make changes to accommodate for the right team member. We offer competitive compensation package including sign on bonus, PTO, CE and license reimbursement, paid holidays, 401K with employer match, free dental care, and health insurance. We also have office outings to have fun and enjoy each other outside of work which is always paid for too

Sign on bonus: Up to $5000

Duties:
- Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
- Administer local anesthesia under the dentist's supervision
- Take dental x-rays
- Conduct periodontal charting and assessments
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems(Eaglesoft)

Qualifications: Licensed to practice dental hygiene in Minnesota

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in aseptic technique and infection control protocols
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Ability to perform patient assessments including vital signs monitoring
- Experience with pediatric patients is a plus

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $47.00 - $50.00 per hour
