Full-Time Career Position

Inside Sales Agent

Here is what we will ask you to do:

  • Responsible for Answering/Responding to all incoming inquiries through calls, texts, and emails
  • Work within an intuitive CRM system and database management (sales pipeline)
  • Prospecting and nurturing new leads to Match with Outside Sales Agents
  • Maintain Relationships with Past Clients
  • Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Candidates must be organized, detailed and people-oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Candidates must be computer savvy and able to learn various computer programs and internet-based software
MUST HAVE A VALID MARYLAND REAL ESTATE LICENSE
