Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver on-time, within-scope, and within-budget project outcomes.

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure resources are allocated effectively.

  • Monitor project progress, address issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project execution.

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and project objectives.

Contract Management:

  • Draft, negotiate, and review contracts related to project scope, terms, and conditions.

  • Ensure contracts are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Manage contract renewals, amendments, and closeouts.

  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on contract interpretation and compliance matters.

  • Collaborate with legal, procurement, and finance teams on contract-related issues.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding project and contract-related inquiries.

  • Maintain clear communication with all parties, ensuring that expectations are aligned and issues are promptly addressed.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including project timelines, budgets, contracts, and meeting notes.

  • Prepare and present regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.Ensure all contractual obligations and milestones are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (required).

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification (preferred).

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management with a focus on contract management.

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

  • Proven experience in negotiating and managing contracts (e.g., procurement, services, vendor agreements).

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented with strong contract analysis and risk management capabilities.
